Carpenter
You know the material. You need it correct, counted and on site.
- Send the cutting list — we'll read it back to you.
- Check what's on the rack before you send the tempo.
- Ask for a substitute when a size is short.
Architect
You need to know what a sheet actually is before it goes into a drawing.
- Ask what a grade means here, not on a brochure.
- Confirm sizes and thicknesses before specifying.
- Get availability for a phased site.
Interior designer
You need finishes your client can hold, and dates you can promise.
- Take laminate samples to the room they'll live in.
- Match a finish across shutters and liners.
- Get one quotation for the whole scope.
